Beginning on November 2, the Harrington House project in Jumeirah Village Circle is being handed over by Ellington Properties, a prominent design-driven boutique developer in Dubai (JVC).

There are 92 residential units total at Harrington House, including studio, one, and two-bedroom flats.

A swimming pool, outdoor green space, a fitness studio with precise equipment and views of the pool and courtyard, as well as spa-inspired changing rooms with steam showers are among the resort-like amenities that Ellington claims have been included in the development’s design to improve residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.

“Residents will benefit from a two-story terraced courtyard with a stunning wooden feature staircase, an outdoor barbeque and entertainment space, an indoor and outdoor kids’ play area with sustainable finishes and Montessori-inspired features, and a lobby and lounge area with hotel-style furnishing and a concierge,” said its Co-Founder and CEO Elie Naaman.

According to Naaman, Harrington House embodies a comprehensive and balanced approach to urban living through a variety of interconnected aspects that support a happy and healthy existence. It was inspired by the beauty and serenity of the Arabian desert.

He said that Ellington Properties, through the Ellington Art Foundation, which seeks to support artists living in Dubai, had expressly commissioned artwork to be displayed throughout Harrington House.

He noted that the residential project, which was started last year, was finished earlier than expected.

He claims that the project demonstrates Ellington Properties’ dedication to providing premium residential buildings with customized lifestyles that increase value over time.

He continued, Ellington Properties has a diverse portfolio of award-winning developments, including Belgravia and Belgravia II, Belgravia Square, Belgravia Heights I, Eaton Place, and Somerset Mews, all located in JVC; DT1 in Downtown Dubai; and Wilton Terraces, and Wilton Park Residences.
