Dubai real estate market saw $525m in sales at the start of a new week

The start of a new week didn’t slow down the booming Dubai real estate market as transactions continued to fly.

Dubai real estate market recorded 643 sales transactions worth AED1.93bn ($525m), in addition to 93 mortgage deals of AED1.25bn ($340m), and 10 gift deals amounting to AED178.51m ($48.6m) on Monday, data released by the Dubai’s Land Department showed.
