Dubai real estate market reached AED 9.1 billion transactions

The value of transactions in Dubai’s real estate market reached AED 9.1 billion ($2.5 billion) by the end of the week, according to the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

At least 2,233 flats and villas were sold for the week ending December 9, 2022, for a total of AED 4.64 billion.

Additionally, at least 419 plots totaling AED 2.24 billion were sold. The largest transaction for the week was a land sale in Marsa Dubai for AED265.69 million.

A plot was purchased for AED64.16 million at the World Islands, which was another high-profile transaction.

The total value of the mortgaged real estate for the week was AED1.75 billion.
