Dubai real estate: $1.8bn of property deals on Wednesday

Dubai Land Department data shows high level of activity in Wednesday

Dubai real estate market recorded 461 sales transactions worth $340m (AED1.25bn), in addition to 95 mortgage deals of $1.4bn (AED5.22bn), and 53 gift deals amounting to $42m (AED154.86m) on Wednesday, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.

The sales included 384 villas and apartments worth $251m (AED921.97m), and 77 land plots worth $90.4m (AED332.08m).

The mortgages included 80 villas and apartments worth $1.4bn (AED5.12bn) and 15 land plots valued at $29.5m (AED106.71m), bringing the total realty transactions of today to over $1.8bn (AED6.6bn).
