Dubai villa sold for $20m in Al Barari

ADubai villa in the upscale Al Barari neighbourhood has sold for an area-record AED72m ($20m).

It is a sign that the city’s ultra-luxury property sector is showing no signs of slowing down in 2023 and is the highest ever price for a villa in Al Barari.

The $20m home is in AMAIA, a collection of six villas, in what agents labelled the region’s first integrated luxury and eco-conscious development.
