On October 27, Dubai recorded over Dh2.7 billion in real estate transactions

On Thursday, October 27, 2022, the Dubai real estate market saw 612 sales transactions totaling Dh1.77 billion and 109 mortgage deals totaling Dh1.03 billion, according to data made public by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

The value of the mortgaged properties included 83 villas and apartments worth Dh877.91 million and 26 land plots valued at Dh156.26 million, bringing the total value of the day’s real estate transactions to over Dh2.7 billion. The sales included 535 villas and apartments worth Dh1.18 billion and 77 land plots worth Dh588.01 million.
