Dubai neighbourhood tipped for boom after record $72.4bn year

There were more than 97,000 property transactions in Dubai last year and experts expect these areas to see the most growth in 2023

Dubai’s Business Bay led city real estate sales with more than 10,300 transactions in 2022, according to the Zoom Property Insights.

The prime Dubai real estate location is tipped for a strong year again along with Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai say analysts from the leading property specialist.

With more than 10,300 real estate transactions at a value of $4.8bn (AED17.6bn) and an average price of $327k (AED1.2m), Business Bay led the chart for the highest sales in Dubai in 2022.
