Espace real estate announces plans to open two additional offices and create 144 new jobs in Dubai

ADubai firm, Espace Real Estate has announced expansion plans with a $4 million investment in additional office spaces in 2023. The real estate brokerage is opening two additional offices which will create 144 jobs in the city.

The company aims to achieve 35 percent revenue growth in 2023, hiring 12 property brokers per month and expanding operations in the off-plan and new projects sector.
