Dubai real estate: $471m property transactions on Wednesday

Dubai recorded 646 real estate transactions on February 8

Dubai saw 537 sales transactions worth AED1.44bn ($392) on Wednesday, according to data from the city land department.

In addition, there were 79 mortgage deals with a value of AED193.57m ($52.7m).

Wednesday also saw 30 gift deals amounting to AED104.38m ($28.4m) the land department said.
